This class focuses on a beautiful combination between Hatha Yoga and Anusara (opening to grace) by Hatha Yoga postures that lead to a series of therapeutic movements explorations, relieve stress and bring inner peace are the goals.
Anusara Yoga is known as the heart, through this merger is to approach this balance between the physical body and spirit body of each person.
